Right-sided myocardial infarcts on ECG

Might not be the most correct way of doing it, but I follow these three simple rules:

  1. ST elevation in lead III is bigger than in lead II
  2. V1 lesion—which might be an ST elevation or ST depression—is larger than the same lesion on V2
  3. Do not give nitroglycerine, morphine, or other sedatives to patients with a right-sided MI
